In 1982, he founded his first company in aluminum door and window manufacturing. A few months later, operations started on Marconi Street in Mascouche: a 10,000 sq. ft. plant, two extruders, and deliveries handled with a rented truck. The team was Lorenzo, his son Marco on the production floor, and a handful of colleagues.  <\/p><p class=\"zw-paragraph heading0\" data-header=\"0\" data-textformat=\"{\"fgc\":\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\",\"size\":\"12.00\",\"type\":\"text\"}\" data-margin-bottom=\"12pt\" data-margin-top=\"12pt\" data-hd-info=\"0\" data-line-height=\"1.2\">In 2002, Michel Paquette joined as the first experienced operator. An addition that marked the beginning of something. Because at Canplex, the people who come in tend to stay.
